IIT Bombay holds the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) to select applicants for B.Des admission to IIT Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur. Once a year, 24 cities around the country host the UCEED exam on a nationwide basis. The UCEED 2023 test is divided into sections A and B. While part B of the UCEED will be administered using pen and paper, part A of the exam is computer-based. The UCEED 2023 assessment will last three hours in total.
Students with valid UCEED exam results may now make an application to the result-sharing universities in addition to the UCEED participating institutions. These result-sharing institutions won't participate in IIT Bombay's Joint Admission Process, though. Candidates are therefore recommended to review the eligibility requirements of the specific institute they wish to be admitted to.
