Job Description

Looking for a Motion Designer with illustration skills who can render us speechless with their Blender / After Effects, UI skills.

You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Minimum work experience of 1 to 2 years full time in a Motion Designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator, Figma, after effects , premiere pro, Rive.
• A strong eye for visual composition, having knowledge of blender.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create best-in-class motion for brand identities, social media etc under the leadership of a creative director
• Help in conceptualization to storyboarding, editing, animation and finalisation.
• Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Keep up to date with the latest motion and design trends.
• Strong understanding of kinetics movement, actions and motions, colours, layouts and typography is a must.
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed . You should be able to give training /KT to interns/ juniors whenever required.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop , after effects , illustrator.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Producing story-based motion graphics,Interaction App Animation,Character animation.
• Well versed in 3d & UI animation.
• Need to do animation for UI apps.
