Job Description

• You will be working directly with the Director/Head of Graphics, discussing strategies, right from concept building through execution.
• Brand strategy in terms of positioning, messaging, and visual proposition
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and prepare rough drafts and present ideas internally as well as externally
• Meeting project deadlines individually as well as a team
• Coordinating with other agencies, marketing team, printers, and colleagues as and when necessary
• Communicating with clients directly (After a period of time) about layout and design and amend designs after receiving feedback
• Guide junior designers and helping them with feedback/concepts/ideas

Education

Any Graduate

Any Post Graduate

Qualification

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or related field
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools/software, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

Roles & Responsibilities

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

• A strong eye for visual composition

• Understanding of marketing, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, strategy, and design processes
