Yes, the NIFT Placements are completely centralized. Though maybe due to infrastructural or management complexities, the campus interviews might be held in just a couple of places, but they are just to facilitate the overall process. Therefore, there is no such campus-wise placement in NIFT as such.
The recruiters will never ask for your center. It will be just NIFT from where you have graduated from.
Moreover for students, even if you are from the Gandhinagar campus, you attend the campus recruitment at Delhi or Mumbai, obviously, it has to be pre-notified.
