Candidates may apply for the UCEED exam from any stream, including Arts & Humanities, Science, and Commerce.
Candidates who passed the Class 12 or an equivalent test in 2021 OR who are taking the examinations in 2022 meet the requirements for UCEED eligibility. The UCEED test is not open to applicants who took their Class 12 (or equivalent) exam for the first time in 2020 or earlier.
Candidates who meet the UCEED age requirements may only retake the exam a maximum of twice, and only in years that follow one another. Candidates seeking admission to colleges that accept exam results for the BDes programme must achieve the UCEED rank. The UCEED score has a one-year expiration date and is only valid for admission during the relevant academic year.
Foreigners and Indians can both apply for the UCEED 2022 exam. If applicants meet the following requirements, they are eligible for UCEED:

If they fall under the General/Open/EWS/OBC-NCL category, candidates must have been born on or after October 1, 1997, and if they fall under the SC/ST/PwD category, candidates must have been born on or after October 1, 1992.
