From August 4 to August 7, the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) reopened the window for payment of the seat-acceptance fee for the Spot Round (up to 12 noon).
On July 30, the result of the Spot Round seat allotment was announced. Logging into the allotment portal with login credentials allows you to check the status of your seat allotment. From July 21-24, 2022, new registrations were accepted for the Spot Round.
Candidates who have been assigned seats in NIFT counselling 2022 must contact the assigned campus for information on reporting and orientation. Details about joining can also be found on the designated campus website.
NIFT 2022 counselling is conducted online and centralised for both non-PwD and PwD candidates. The PwD category was allotted in a single round, whereas the non-PwD category had FIVE rounds. Approximately 27,000 candidates have registered for NIFT 2022 counselling.
