Right time of UCEED application is when you have decided to pursue Bachelor of Design from IIT. Well, coming to the contextual sense of the question; generally the applications for UCEED for coming year begins in the month of September in the year before.
Illustration: A wishes to apply for UCEED 2022. The registrations of the same would have begun in September 2021, traditionally.
Similarly, if you wish to appear for UCEED 2023, kindly apply in the month of September 2022. Tentatively, the applications are to begun by first or second week of September.
