DAT Prelims for M.Des

 

  • Components – Common Design Aptitude Test and a Discipline Specific Test
  • Question type – The questions are objective and subjective type questions.
  • Total Marks – Maximum marks in the NID DAT are one hundred marks.
  • Language of Question Paper – The query paper is in language English.

DAT Mains for M.Des


The DAT Mains for M.Des. programs consists of two parts:

  • Studio Test: This might also consist of exams in distinct formats. The DAT Mains will be performed in English ONLY.
  • Interviews: The interviews will be conducted one after the other for each discipline, without delay after the Studio Test, and at the equal center as the Studio Test

OR

OR

Indian Nationals in General Category

Only those candidates born on or after July 1, 1993, are eligible to apply for admission.

Indian Nationals in Reserved Category (OBC-NCL, SC & ST)

Only those candidates born on or after July 1, 1990, are eligible to apply for admission.

Indian Nationals in PwD Reserved Category

Only those candidates born on or after July 1, 1988, are eligible to apply for admission.

Foreign Nationals in Overseas (Supernumerary) Category

Only those candidates born on or after July 1, 1993, are eligible to apply for admission.
