How to Get Admission in a IIT JEE Paper 2 College in India?

Hi Riya! To get admission at IIT JEE mains paper 2 you need to follow the underlying steps. 

1. Match eligibility criteria

• There is no age limit specified by NTA to sit for JEE Mains paper 2. 
• Candidates appearing for JEE Mains Paper 2 must have Mathematics in their Class 12. Candidates must have pass their 10+2 examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subject combination.

2. Choose what college you want to study and if they accept IIT JEE paper mains 2 or not

Here are the colleges which accept JEE mains paper 2-

• School of Planning and Architecture Bhopal, new Delhi, Vijayawada
• Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology Bhopal 
• National Institute of Technology Calicut, Hamirpur, Patna, Raipur, Rourkela, Tiruchirappalli etc. 
• Birla Institute of Technology
• Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur

Choose what college you want to study from and their cut off marks which will help you to set a target. 

3. See exam pattern and syllabus

this exam occur in online and offline mode. There will be mathematics, aptitude test and planning in online mode and drawing test will be in offline mode.

The test will be for 3 hours for B. Arch candidates. Those candidate who choose B. Arch and B. Plan both together, for them the exam will be around 3.5 hours. And 4 hours for the candidates with disabilities. 

Exam for B. Arch will consist 82 questions within which 30 will be for mathematics, 50 for aptitude test and 2 for drawing. Exam for B. Plan will consist 105 questions within which 30 will be for mathematics, 50 for aptitude and 25 for planning.

• Mathematics and Aptitude part will have questions like objective type and numerical value.
• Drawing part will have questions on drawing and sketching to evaluate candidate's creative skills. 

4. Fill up the form

Step1. Visit the official website of JEE mains or NTA.
Step2. If you are fresh candidate, register yourself making your on ID and password and the log in into that ID. 
Step3. Click on the tab ‘The online JEE Main 2022 application form'. 
Step4. Start to fill up the form as per the required information.

Step5. After every details were filled up, a tab will showup for final submission. Click on the ‘yes'.
Ste6. In Next step you have to upload scanned documents. 

Click on the ‘upload' button. 

Step7. The candidates have to pay the application fees in online mode through Credit Card or debit Card or Net Banking or Paytm or UP.
Step8. Successful payment will lead you to the confirmation page. Here you have to download and print the application form.

5. Wait for the merit list

now you have to wait for the merit list after giving exam. If you get a higher rank you will be choosen for your preferred college. If you get selected you will be call for a counselling round and after that you will get admitted.
