Eligibility of NID
- Final examination certificate of the 10+2 system administered by the Institute of Indian Universities or any central or state institution approved by each state government
- Intermediate or biennial pre-university examinations administered by the board or universities accredited by the Association of Indian Universities.
- Certificate of Completion of her two-year course at the Joint Service Wing (NDA) of the National Defense Academy.
- High school certification of 5 or more courses from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
- An examination administered by any public school, authority, or university in India or abroad and recognized by the AIU as equivalent to the 10+2 system. HSC professional exam. Advanced level (A) of the GCE test (London, Cambridge, or Sri Lanka)
- The University of Cambridge administers High School Certification Examinations or the International Baccalaureate Diploma at its International Baccalaureate Office in Geneva.
- Candidates who have completed 10+2 or equivalent examinations outside India or at any board or university other than those mentioned above are required to submit a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities.
