ABOUT UID
UID stands for United world institute of Design set up in the year 2011. This Institute is one of the premier Design Institutes in India. UID beneath Karnavati University gives both underneath graduation and put up-graduation courses which are B. Des and M. Des. The University is acknowledged by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). UID has collaborated with numerous businesses such as the World Design Organisation (WDO), Cumulus, IFFTI, and The Association of Commonwealth Universities.

UID OFFERS four YEARS OF UG COURSES SUCH AS -
Product Design, Interaction Design, Animation and Motion Graphics, Lifestyle Accessory Design, Automobile, and transport Design, Visual Communication, Fashion Design, and Interior and Furniture Design.
UID OFFERS 2 YEARS OF PG COURSES SUCH AS-
Industrial design, Visual experimental design, Interior and journey design, Fashion design, Textile and Knitwear Design, Fashion Styling, and Communication.
PH.D. COURSES SUCH AS-
Fashion Design, Interior Design, Product Design, and Visual Communication.
FEES STRUCTURE-
Bachelor's diploma in sketch or B. Des for 4 Years is ₹ 20,00,000
B. Des + M. Des or integrated publications for 5 Years is ₹ 25,00,000
Master of Design or M. Des for two Years is ₹ 9,00,000
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
FOR B. DES CANDIDATES-
To take admission in B. Des courses, candidates must complete their Class 12 with a mixture of 50%,
The final selection of candidates will be based on the DAT scores and the overall performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interviews (GDPI)
FOR M. DES CANDIDATES-
To take admitted to M. Des candidates need to have completed their commencement in the applicable move from a known university
the final choice of candidates will be primarily based on the UID DAT ratings and the overall performance in GDPI in the case of M. Des's admission.
FOR INTEGRATED MASTERS PROGRAM-
Admission to Integrated Masters Programme, BDes + MDes is carried out on a benefit basis
FOR PH.D. ADMISSION-
To take Admission to a Ph.D. program is primarily based on UGC NET/ JRF/ TRF/ CSIR/ ICAR/ ICMR/ DBT/ DST/ GATE/ CAT scores
Candidates, who have accomplished a master’s diploma from a known university
The final determination of candidates is based totally on their entrance exam ratings and their overall performance in PI and viva.
