Design Fresher

Hello all,

NID's program is structured around a mix of theory, skills, design projects, and field experiences, all of which are supported by cutting-edge design studios, skill & innovation laboratories, and the Knowledge Management Centre. To provide professional experience, sponsored design projects are introduced into the classroom. Interdisciplinary design studies in Science and Liberal Arts broaden students' perspectives and raise public awareness of current issues.

Below is the list of programs and areas of specialization that NID offers:
B.Des: Industrial Design, Communication Design, Textile, Apparel, Lifestyle & Accessory Design and Ceramic & Glass Design
Now, under the above programs there are 4 disciplines:
Communication Design- Film & Audio communication, Exhibition Design, Animation Film Design, Graphic Design.
Industrial Design - Ceramic & Glass Design, Furniture & Interior Design, Product Design.
M.Des: Masters of Design in the following disciplines:
Communication Design- Film & Audio Communication, Graphic Design, Animation Film Design, Photography Design.
Industrial Design - Ceramic & Glass Design, Furniture & Interior Design, Product Design, Toy & Game Design, Transportation and Automobile Design, Universal Design.
Interdisciplinary Design- Design for Retail Experience, Strategic Design Management,
IT Integrated- Digital Game Design, Interaction Design, Information Design, New Media Design.
