MIT Entrance Exam Pattern:

MIT entrance exam is broken up into 2 phases:

Phase 1:

Design Aptitude Test conducted in the month of January is a written examination of one hundred marks for 3 hours. The DAT examines every student’s potential in Design Problem Solving, Visual Sense, Observation & Perception, Environmental Awareness, Mental Ability, and Communication competencies through a range of visible and textual questions.

Phase 2:

It consists of a Studio test, a Personal Interview, and a Portfolio presentation (April). The Studio check generally has three parts- doodling, 3D modeling, and commentary tests.
