IIT Bombay conducts CEED national level entrance which stands for common entrance examination for design to take admission to the M. Des and PhD courses offered by IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee and IIITDM Jabalpur. Also, the PhD course is available at several IITs and design schools.
CEED has two parts – part A and part B.
Part A which will be held online and include objective-type questions, as NAT, MCQ. MSQ. It’s a 100 marks paper which will conduct for 1 hour
Part B. will held in offline mode, to test the design, drawing, and writing skills of the candidate. It’s a 100 marks paper which will conduct for 2 hours

CEED is a exam you examine your idea about designing, your creativity and thinking power. So, you need to sharpen your creativity skills as well as thinking and perspective. So it will be good if you work on your observation and visualization skills.
Tips4. Practice free hand sketching
Part B of CEED is based on drawing and sketching, as fashion designing require drawing and sketching skills. So you need to practice it every day to make it better and smooth for you.
Pervious year questions and sample paper which you will get in internet sites. Try to solve those paoers as it will make you idea clear about what type of questions comes in CEED. You will be well award of the question pattern practically.
Giving a lot of mock test will make your thinking skills strong and fast. You will get to know what you should do and what you shouldn’t in exam hall. You can make a strategy to complete your paper within time. It will sharp your brain.
Part A consist basic maths and reasoning. You be better to practice it, and try to learn solving it fast. If you practice it, you can solve paper A within 1 hour and you will get time to think as well for the questions.
