1. National Institute of Design: Students have to qualify the NID entrance to get admission to the institute. The exam is organized throughout the 12 examination facilities in India. Any scholar who has been certified for the 12th exam from CBSE or any other recognized board is eligible to apply for undergraduate courses. A candidate with a bachelor’s diploma of 3 or 4-year length in any self-discipline or a full-time diploma for at least 4 years in Design/Fine Arts/Architecture/Applied Arts can observe for a postgraduate course.
2. Industrial Design Centre: Candidates who have certified for the classification twelfth examination can practice for the undergraduate programs. Whereas candidates with a relevant bachelor’s diploma can apply for a postgraduate course. Interested candidates can apply online or offline for admission and they are chosen based on CEED scores and personal interviews.
3. NIFT: It has its entrance exam which desires to be qualified to pursue diagram courses. The entrance examination has components like CAT (Creative Ability Test), GAT (General Ability Test), and a situation-based test. The institute has a name nationwide that not only attracts college students but also recruits companies.
4. Symbiosis Institute of Design: Candidates are selected on the foundation of SEED (Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design) and the minimum qualification is the completion of class 12th from any diagnosed board with a 55% aggregate for an undergraduate course.
5. Department of Design, IIT Delhi: It is one of the few IITs that offer format education. Established in the year 2018, DoD - IIT Delhi has commenced by offering the path of M.Des and chosen candidates for postgraduate admissions only. However, due to the improved demand and recognition of the institute, UG courses in the diagram will also be begun here soon. The entrance examination of CEED is standard for admission to the Department of Design (DoD) - IIT Delhi.
